March 2024 Update

All of my end of year obligations have been completed and I’ve been busy working on some re-designed pedals. I will be restocking the website over the weekend once I have completed testing and updating my product photos. The first releases will be the Origin Overdrive (SD1), Dynamic Overdrive (LDO), and the Bluetone (Bluesbreaker / KOT). All effect circuits are the same as any of my previous pedals, but all will have new finish (faceplates).

All pedals outside of my $75 budget pedals will have an improved soft touch relay bypass. The soft touch relay bypass is much quieter than the standard 3PDT stomp switch, and the switches are rated for 50,000 cycles (as opposed to 30,000 cycles with a standard 3PDT stomp switch). The $75 budget pedals will also use the soft touch relay bypass once I use up my 3PDT inventory.

Please note, some of my newer designs contain surface mount resistors. I have made this change to keep my costs down (the resistors cost more, but my labor cost is significantly less). I have carefully designed each circuit board to use only high precision, low noise 1206 sized resistors in the signal path. SMD 1206 resistors are large enough to hand solder and are easily repaired, if needed (I have never had a resistor fail in a pedal). Currently, these resistors have been installed by an outside vendor, but my plan is to obtain a reflow oven and return all production to my shop. All other components have been hand soldered by me.
