KEP JAFA741 Overdrive Pedal – Hotcake Style Overdrive

The KEP JAFA741 (New Zealand Slang – Just Another Fatigued Aucklander) Overdrive Pedal is a faithful recreation of the vintage Hotcake produced by Crowther.  The Hotcake is known for it’s thick, harmonically rich, transparent overdrive guitar tones.  The mid toggle allows the user to switch between normal operation and the mid lift mode (later changed to presence).

KEP JAFA741 Overdrive Pedals are built with quality components including a NOS LM741 opamp, quality Lumberg jacks, and Cusack potentiometers. This pedal is true bypass utilizing a Cusack sourced professional 3PDT Stomp Switch. This pedal is built in a 1590b (4.425″ L x 2.382″ W) sized enclosure.
