Every KEP guitar pedal is designed and built to be durable using quality components. All KEP pedals can be easily repaired if a component fails. If your pedal requires repair due to a component failing during normal use (with the exception of stomp switches over 5 years old), there will be no charge for the repair or shipping. If your stomp switch needs to be replaced and your pedal is over five years old, your switch will be replaced for cost (approximately $5) and return shipping (approximately $7). Please note the stomp switches I use in my builds are rated for 30,000 cycles.

Pedals may be returned for repairs due to operator error (ie improper power supply or exposure to liquids). You will be assessed the cost of the replaced components, a modest $10 bench fee, and return shipping for your repair. To initiate a repair request, please complete the form below.
