1. Product Information and Quality

My pedals are carefully built by hand, and I take great pride in their craftsmanship. However, because each pedal is handcrafted, some minor cosmetic imperfections or variations in appearance may occur. These imperfections are a natural part of the hand building process and should not be considered defects. If you have any questions or concerns about the appearance of your pedal, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your guitar pedal, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

• The pedal must be in its original condition.
• The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Returns will be processed only for products purchased directly from our website.

Please note: We may not accept returns for products with cosmetic damage or defects that are a result of customer misuse or mishandling.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us with your order details, and we will guide you through the process. Refunds will be issued once the pedal is received and inspected.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within  1-3 days of receipt.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable for returned items, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• International Shipping: Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Warranty

Our hand built pedals come with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. 

Our pedals are built to be durable and are easily repaired if required.  If your pedal needs repair within or outside the warranty period, please contact us.

If you believe your pedal is defective, please contact us for assistance. Depending on the issue, we may offer repair, replacement, or a full refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. We do not assume any responsibility for damage to property, injury, or any other losses resulting from the use of our guitar pedals.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
